• Original Passport with the validity of minimum 9 months and two blank back to back pages along with the photocopy of first & last page.
• One colored passport size photograph with white background.
• Clear Invitation letter from the invitee company addressed to the Embassy of Angola in Portuguese language with stamp, email id & contact details of the company.
• Clear valid photo id proof (Resident card copy or Angola Visa copy) of invitee.
• Clear DAR (2018) copy of Invitee Company attested by notary in Angola.
• Confirmed air ticket.
• Original Yellow fever card along with clear Photocopy.
• Citizens of the European Union must have travel insurance with minimum coverage of Euro 30, 000.
