Hence, we request you to please be careful while filling up the visa form and avoid any correction/over-writing. Also, please ensure that the travel dates are mentioned as per the ticket provided.

- Application Form (filled in triplicate).
- Photo copies of the 1, 2 and the last pages of valid passport.
- Original and Photo copy of the yellow fever vaccination certificate.
- Three recent passport size photos.
- Covering letter from the applicant.
- Photo copy with original return or onward ticket.
- Confirmation letter, the day to day itinerary and a confirmed hotel booking from a tour operator in Zambia.
- Proof of Sound Financial Status in the form of copy of Credit Card or Bank Statement or Dollar endorsement on the Passport.
Business Visa
